Ingredients:
- Jasmine Rice
- Chicken goujons/ nuggets
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 red chillies (kaylee’s spicy level, feel free to dial it up)
- curry leaves
- 400 ml evaporated milk
- 1 American cheese
- salt
Recipe:
- Preheat oven according to chicken pack instructions.
- Dice chilli, garlic and onion.
- Put chicken in the oven before starting to cook.
- Start by adding butter to the pan with low heat.
- Add onion once the butter’s melted. Wait for it to turn brown before adding garlic and chilli.
- Add a few curry leaves. Saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add evaporated milk and a slice of cheese.
