Ingredients:

  1. Jasmine Rice
  2. Chicken goujons/ nuggets
  3. 4 tbsp butter
  4. 1 onion
  5. 4 cloves of garlic
  6. 2 red chillies (kaylee’s spicy level, feel free to dial it up)
  7. curry leaves
  8. 400 ml evaporated milk
  9. 1 American cheese
  10. salt

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven according to chicken pack instructions.
  2. Dice chilli, garlic and onion.
  3. Put chicken in the oven before starting to cook.
  4. Start by adding butter to the pan with low heat.
  5. Add onion once the butter’s melted. Wait for it to turn brown before adding garlic and chilli.
  6. Add a few curry leaves. Saute for 2-3 mins.
  7. Add evaporated milk and a slice of cheese.
